Accessing funding
To apply for funding directly from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), you need to offer a minimum of 30 new placements. If you are planning to offer fewer than 30 placements, you will need to apply through a registered gateway organisation, like REED.

We take the details of your vacancy, review it for you and submit your application to the DWP. Once approved by the DWP, you will being to receive applications for your vacancy via the Job Centre Plus. You select the candidates you wish to interview and hire.
FINDING YOUR KICKSTARTER
Our Learning Mentors keep in touch to provide any support the Kickstarter needs throughout their six month placement. In the six weeks you will receive your grant and then the wage reimbursement monthly, one month in arrears.
ONGOING SUPPORT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
On the Kickstarter’s first day, we will send you logins to the Employability Skills Training to support your usual onboarding process. We will also notify the DWP of your new starter, to trigger the request for funding.
